This latest red from Jim Cuddy and his friends at Tawse is a trio of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. It spent 18 months in French oak, adding rich chocolaty notes to a core of brambleberry and black plum. Savour it through 2026 with barbecued chicken or sizzling steaks.
