This wine has a rich, ripe flavour profile, offering dark fruit, blackcurrant, cherry and raspberry notes with an earthy, forest floor quality and a hint of spice. It's quite generous but certainly not overblown, gracefully maintaining its Burgundian poise. A wine to enjoy for another 4-5 years with pork tenderloin or mild-flavoured hard cheese.
