The 2018 is the second vintage of this single-vineyard expression. The Angel Step vineyard is gently sloped, with rich soil, excellent drainage, and ideal airflow that helps protect the vines from diseases and pests. This Pinot shows complex ripe red fruit, oak spice, earth, spice, and a food-friendly texture. Pair it with duck, or vegan potato cakes with stuffed mushrooms.
