The vines of the Wingfield parcel are now 30 years old and show excellent depth and concentration in their grapes, producing a wine with balanced acidity and boisterous flavours of yellow apple, starfruit, apricot, and fresh cream. It's no wonder this Chardonnay is consistently ranked among Niagara's best. Pair with honey-glazed ham or French onion soup.
