A serious chardonnay with nougat, cooked apples, honey and hints of vanilla. It's full-bodied, yet not too heavy or overdone. Creamy finish, both in texture and flavor. Some flintiness. 90% new wood, but you don't see it. Drink or hold. Score - 94. (jamessuckling.com, July 22, 2020)
