
The blend for the Benjamin Bridge Tidal Bay 2022 is 55% L'Acadie, 24% Seyval, 17% Riesling and 4% Geisenheim. It was fermented using wild indigenous yeast and is a dandy representation of Nova Scotia's first appellation wine. It shows lemon, melon, sea spray and honey, with a characterful underlying saline minerality. A wine that begs for seacuterie.
