
Benziger was certified biodynamic in 2001, and this Cabernet first appeared on Vintages shelves in 2004. The wine shows considerable balance of polish and intensity, with ripe dark fruit, oak spice, mocha, tobacco and forest floor. Try it with a vegan southwestern black-bean casserole. A wine with another 5 years ahead of it.
