Bonfadini Nobilium Brut Franciacorta 750 ml bottle Vintages

This elegant bubbly is made from 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Nero (the Italian name for Pinot Noir). After an initial fermentation in a mix of barrels and stainless steel, the second fermentation takes place in the bottle, as it does for Champagne.
