Opened on the shores of Georgian Bay in 1967 to capture the spirit of one of the largest fresh water sources in North America. Pouring a rich gold colour the nose is fragrant with aromas of vanilla and honey; the palate is rich with light sweetness that fades into a clean, smooth finish.
