Stainless steel, mix the tank once a week to distribute the lees for 6 months. This is lively and fruity with some richness to the texture. Shows pear and spice notes, with a hint of tropical character. Nice acidity and focus with some brightness to the fruit. Has good texture with a touch of grapefruit pith on the finish. Score - 89.
