
Sourced from vines over 50 years of age, this 100% Bonarda is 'Amarone-inspired'; the grapes were harvested late after first drying on the vine for nearly four months. Aged for one year in a 70/30 combination of French and American oak, it's aromatic and intense, with black fruit, chocolate, brown sugar and a delicious hint of cinnamon. Pair with grilled fare.
