Very pale pink tinge. This has an intriguing, evolved nose that incorporates ripe red berry fruit with plenty of toasty-yeasty autolytic character, moist barley, toasted almonds and wildflower honey. The palate is full, rich and creamy, with a vague impression of sweetness but impressive depth and length overall.
