François Lurton is rightly praised for the quality of the white blend he makes in Argentina, but this cuvée of Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Chardonnay is every bit as good in 2019. Barrel fermented in 70% new wood, it's sappy, intense and stony, showing lemongrass and grapefruit flavours, stylish toasty oak and leesy, waxy complexity. Drink date: 2021-2027. Score - 95.
