Built around Cabernet and Merlot, this wine was grown in Hedges Family's estate vineyards in Red Mountain and blends Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with splashes of other varieties. It's showing complex aromas and flavours of dark and brambly fruit, forest floor, fresh mulberry, plum, cassis, cinnamon, clove, vanilla and cocoa. Pour alongside roast beef tenderloin with tangy currant jus.
