Jim Barry Eastern Ranges Single Vineyard Cabernet 2016 vintages

Black fruit, menthol, cedar, chocolate, aniseed, violet. Full-bodied, rich in tannin with a ferrous quality, deep and inky, juicy small berried black fruit, a little nougat, balanced acidity, and robust length. It's very Clare, and also very good.
