Grown in the gravelly alluvial soils of Alto Adige, this Pinot Grigio is bright and fresh, with the distinct mineral character commonly found in the region. Flavours of lemon, yellow pear and honeydew spill from the glass and concentrate on the mid-palate for a mellow, satisfying drink. Pair this with hard cheese and green olives.
