Diamond Estates is one of the biggest wineries in Ontario, and Lakeview Cellars is their oldest brand. This succulent sweetie is made from 100% Riesling picked frozen on the vine in late December. Expect evocations of applesauce, apricot, sweet citrus, pineapple and honey, all brightened by natural acidity. Sip with cheesecake, or blue cheese and poached pears.
