Lustau East India Solera Sherry

The distinct sweetness here is the result of the blending of an old dry Oloroso and an old sweet Pedro Ximénez. This Sherry has finely framed syrup, brown sugar, spice box, dried fruit and chocolate tones, with good balance and freshness from the plentiful acidity. A perennially high-scoring wine that will be great with dark chocolate or even sipped alongside a spicy curry.
