Small-batch gin from the Isle of Wight, hand-crafted using 10 ethically sourced botanicals. It pours subtle pink, with notes of strawberry, citrus, juniper and a kiss of salt from the rock sapphire, one of the botanicals used to make the gin. It's medium-bodied and fruity with a lengthy finish. Try over ice as an aperitif.
