This wine has excellent tension and balance, with lifted white flowers, orange, peach, apricot, and an impressive minerality. Its underpinning saline note reflects the sea breezes that cool the vineyards. The creamy texture and overall structure come from lees ageing. A super Viognier, and one that will work with sushi, or grilled white fish topped with a mango salsa.
