
This sake is produced using locally grown Gohyakumangoku rice, locally produced Koji and spring water from the famous Mt. Tsukuba. Fruity aromas and flavours with a smooth texture on the palate, finishing crisp and clean. Best served chilled, enjoy with a variety of dishes, such as cheese, chicken and seafood.
