
This skin-fermented wine is a blend of 67% Riesling, 30% Gewürztraminer, 1% Grüner Veltliner, 1% St-Laurent and 1% Chardonnay all sourced from a single vineyard on the estate and fermented together (with 50% whole bunches) after 21 days on the skins. Expect a zesty, floral wine that will pair nicely with pork or seafood.
