This wine is composed of Alvarinho with a small amount of Trajadura, which are two of the seven varieties from which Vinho Verde is made. It's a dry, fruity, aromatic and expressive wine, with touches of grapefruit, lemon and apple. It will drink well for up to two years from harvest and will always be great with a seafood platter.
