The Rosas Vineyard was pulled up in 2020 (it was 100 years old), so this will be the penultimate version of Luca's most ambitious wine, a 100% malbec aged for two years in 500-liter barrels. It doesn't seem to have lost any of its crispness or freshness during that time - the tart red fruits and the violet notes are here showing all the character, energy, and vitality of Uco malbec. This is a fresh, juicy, and tense red with touches of red fruit throughout. There's wine here for at least 10 more years. Score - 96. (Patricio Tapia, guiadescorchados.cl, 2021)
