The vines of Pascal Bouchard are grown in the Kimmeridgian marl soils of Irancy in northern Burgundy near the Yonne River. It's a region well-known for imparting a mineral-driven character, resulting in compelling earthy aromas. This Pinot Noir mixes red fruit flavours with notes of mushrooms and tree moss. A great match for mushroom risotto.
