
Made from hand-harvested sugarcane in Lautoka, Fiji. The newly distilled spirit is filtered through charcoal made from coconut shells, then aged locally. Aromas of orange, toffee, caramel, and toasty oak; a warm palate with notes of vanilla, apricot, and citrus. Serve with crème brûlée, or craft your favourite rum cocktail.
