
This Vineland single vineyard is partially wild fermented in French oak barrels. Aged on lees for 14 months then bottled unfiltered it gives a seductive nose of citrus, white peach and ripe pear. With good minerality and balanced acidity it is full-bodied with a long finish. Pair with risotto or baked lemon chicken.
