The St. Francis Cabernet Sauvignon is always a delight. Typically crafted to reflect a bold, fruit-forward style, it will have fine intensity and complexity, with characteristic dark fruit and cassis accented by spice, smoke and cocoa notes. A wine for lamb or spice-rubbed barbecued spare ribs.
Produced in Sonoma County, this wine has a smoother mouthfeel than its Napa counterparts. It's floral, refined and characterful, with great balance and notes of red and black fruit, cassis, oak spice, savoury herbs and smoke. Pair with roast lamb.
