Toronto wine agency Halpern Enterprises searched California for a Cabernet that over-delivered on value. They brought back the Submission, to the delight of bargain hunters. From prime sites in Sonoma, Napa, Paso Robles and Lodi, it offers ripe dark fruit, cassis, oak and chocolate tones. Pair with lamb burgers or blackened ribs.
