The Maori name 'Te Awa o Te Atua' means 'river of God' and refers to the subterranean streams that run under the vineyards. This Pinot Gris is partially fermented on the skins and offers aromatic spices, ripe apple, pear and a touch of honeysuckle, with bright acidity lending a crisp finish. Pair with roast pork, or chicken thighs in a creamy sauce.
