
From a winery founded in 1896 and still family-owned, this wine is a blend of 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 41% Merlot and 14% Cabernet Franc sourced from Te Mata Estate's own vineyards in Havelock Hills, Bridge Pa Triangle, Gimblett Gravels and Dartmoor. Look for ripe blackberry, plum and dark chocolate wrapped in velvety tannins and pair with roast lamb.
