Made from Sangiovese with a splash (5%) of Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine is sourced from hillside vineyards featuring the rocky 'galestro' soil found in some of the most respected Tuscan vineyards. The wine was forged in stainless steel before maturing for 12 months in French oak. Expect bright cherry and plum fruit with touches of smoked herbs and pour with pasta bolognese.
