This is a very good, tidy, well balanced and crisp traditional method sparkler. Not among the most complex, creamy and refined ever produced but at $20 the balance is very fine and the flavours are clean and honest. Expect dried apple, almond and hay aromas and flavours. It is light to midweight, crisp and dry but not austere, with cava's interesting damp cement finish. The length is very good to excellent. Score - 89. (David Lawrason, winealign.com, Sept. 8, 2020)
