From renowned Burgundian winemaker William Fèvre's Chilean outpost, this wine is made from fruit grown in the foothills of the Andes on rootstock imported by Fèvre himself 25 years ago. Unoaked, it showcases ripe nectarine and apricot, coconut, almond and a touch of honey. Pair with scallops or machas a la parmesana (clams baked with Parmesan and Gouda cheese, white wine, cream and butter).
