This whiskey is matured in American oak barrels and finished in Marsala casks. Expect exciting notes of tropical fruit, nuts, apple, toffee, honey and cinnamon. It's medium-bodied and fruity with a hint of spice on the long-lasting finish. Pair with shortbread or baked figs on a crostini topped with a honey drizzle.
