
Coonawarra's long ripening season allows for the development of complex ripe fruit characteristics. This bright, fresh Chardonnay was first made in 1981 and shows green apple, tropical fruit, butter, oak and coconut notes over a refined mineral tone. Restrained and stylish, it will be ideal for chicken breast.
