This wine comes from the small 2021 harvest from vines averaging 35-40 years of age. It's aged on lees for six months in French oak, 10% of which is gently toasted new oak. The result is a silky, appealing Pinot with generous ripe fruit, pepper, earth, and oak spice. This wine will evolve for 3-5 years and will be a fine option for roast meats.
