'Skaapveld' refers to the grazing land for sheep that adjoins many Syrah vineyards in the Cape Coast region. This silky-smooth Syrah shows rich dark fruit, dark chocolate, earth, and a touch of black pepper spice. It has the structure and balance to drink to 2028 or beyond, and alternatively, will delight tonight with beef fajitas or burgers.
