
Babich is well known to Vintages customers, and fans of its Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc will be thrilled to discover this rich, ripe, tropical Pinot Gris. Most of the juice was fermented in stainless steel, but 40% was vinified in old oak. It has bountiful notes of lemon, pineapple, nectarine, pear, honeysuckle, and ginger spice. Lush, balanced, and ideal for seared scallops.
