This Alvarinho is fermented in stainless steel and has rested on its lees for four months. Fruity and floral aromas lead to harmonious flavours on the palate with a nice mouthfeel and a persistent finish. Serve chilled, pairs perfectly with fish and shellfish or light meat dishes and cheese.
