Founder Wolfgang Blass has been making wine in South Australia since 1966. This approachable red is bursting with aromas and flavours of ripe cassis, plum, oak, chocolate and fresh mint. It's full-bodied and smooth with a long, velvety finish. Serve with grilled lamb chops alongside cheesy scalloped potatoes.
