This Moschofilero is hand-harvested and spends six months on its lees, adding complexity to this unique rosé. Pale salmon colour with gray highlights. Intense aromas of citrus fruit with pink grapefruit and lemon blossom are complimented by gentle notes of white flowers, pepper and pleasant acidity. Pair with fresh fish.
