This brewery takes its inspiration from its location on the rolling landscape of the Oak Ridges Moraine. Their focus on ales embraces a wide range of styles. 3 Rocks IPA has a good balance between rich malty notes and the assertive hop character contributed by the Summit, Columbus and Chinook varieties.
