The sons of John Dewar began producing Aberfeldy in 1898. The evolution and innovation of the whisky trade over the next century would lead to the introduction of Aberfeldy 12 Year Old in the year 2000. It is a honey-scented whisky complemented by notes of spice, dried flowers, vanilla fudge and the slightest hint of smoke.
