This whisky's mash is a combination of 25% peated Scottish malt and 75% unpeated Indian malt. It is distilled and aged separately, then masterfully blended and finished in ex-bourbon barrels, resulting in smoky aromatics with notes of toffee and apricots. The palate is rich and complex, with sweet and spicy notes.
