Three Wood derives its name from its unique maturation process, which uses bourbon, Oloroso sherry, and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks to impart layers of nuanced aroma and flavour. Delightful aromas of blackcurrant, brown sugar and orange zest lead to notes of fruitcake, hazelnut, cinnamon and toffee.
