The Babich Pinot Noir is made from estate-grown grapes. The aromas are generous with raspberry and blackberry fruit with light earthy and herbal notes. Sweet plum and cherry fruit are followed by leafy notes mid-palate. Well balanced with good acidity and tannins. Pair it with vegetable cassoulet or beef bourguignon.
