This blend of Grenache Blanc and Roussanne has plenty of the region's hedonistic soul. It's expressive and lively, with notable aromatic power, nice weight in the mouth, and white floral tones atop apricot, peach, citrus and a refined saline minerality. This will be wonderful tonight with ham or chicken, but will continue to evolve through 2028.
