Made from Sangiovese with a splash of Merlot, this wine was vinified on the skins in stainless steel then matured for 10 months in oak and another 12 months in bottle before release. Ripe, structured and elegant, it showcases complex strawberry, earthy tobacco and spice notes and will pair beautifully with grilled or roasted red meats, aged cheeses or game.
