Cave Spring Estate Grown Cabernet Franc 2020 750 ml bottle Vintage

This is a not a very showy cabernet franc with fine delicate aromas of red cherry and raspberry fruit with hints of tea and sweet herbal tones and delicate oak spice. It is dry, midweight and lively with a fruity yet firm dry finish. There is some genuine rustic charm and very good length. Decant for an hour or two and try with rich cheese or juicy cuts of meat.
